Thermoform Mold Design

Designing thermoforming molds from the simplest face seal blister, to very complex clamshell packages.

We have developed some innovative methods for increasing production and quality, such as internal contact cooling, side venting, porous materials on large flat surfaces, moving parts for severe back cuts and self aligning floating dies.

All design work is done in 3D utilizing the latest CAD software. This gives us the ability to provide our customers with finished product rendering before any material is machined. After approval from our customer, we then use this solid model and apply 3D surfacing technology to generate tool paths for the required parts.
